REPLACEMENT SUNGLASS LENSES

So you've been shredding too hard and your sunglass lenses have seen better days? Unfortunately we've got some less than exciting news... VonZipper sunglasses and lenses are manufactured together and we do not currently manufacture or sell replacement lenses. It may just be time to throw in the towel and pick up a new pair...

If you've got the feeling that your shades are not standing up to our quality standards... Our warranty department will do everything they can to stoke you out and help you get back out shredding the gnar...

WARRANTY POLICY

VonZipper sunglasses are constructed with the highest quality optical materials. Every VonZipper product is held to stringent quality control procedures to ensure that your VZ's will not let you down. We pride ourselves on the quality and technology that goes into every sunglass. VZ offers a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer's defects on all sunglasses and 6 months on all goggles. It is our pledge that your VonZipper experience is all that it can be.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

To return a warranty product please follow the steps below. If you have more than one item to submit to warranty, please complete an additional claim for each item.

  1. Complete the online warranty claim form and print one copy to include in the box with your VonZipper product.
  2. Pack product in suitable packaging to ensure it is not damage in shipping. Ship the package using a traceable source (i.e. Canada Post, Federal Express, Purolator). VonZipper is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping.
  3. We will contact you when we have received your goods to let you know the status of the warranty claim.
