WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders ship within two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the receipt of your order. Addtionally we are closed from the week between Christmas and New Years Day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

REPLACEMENT SUNGLASS LENSES

So you've been shredding too hard and your sunglass lenses have seen better days? Unfortunately we've got some less than exciting news... VonZipper sunglasses and lenses are manufactured together and we do not currently manufacture or sell replacement lenses. It may just be time to throw in the towel and pick up a new pair...

If you've got the feeling that your shades are not standing up to our quality standards... Our warranty department will do everything they can to stoke you out and help you get back out shredding the gnar...

WHAT IS A CSC CODE?

A card security code is an added safeguard for your credit card purchases. Depending on the type of credit card you use, it is a 3 or 4 digit number printed on the back or front of your credit card. For most online credit card purchases from us, the security code is required information. For Visa, your identification number is the 3 digit number found on the back of your credit card near the signature panel.
