If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the goods free of charge within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Product must be returned unused in its original packaging.
  • You will be credited for the purchase less original freight cost.
  • Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.


To return a purchase please follow the steps below:

1. Please contact customer service at [email protected] or Dial (888) 509-5935 to obtain your prepaid ups return label

2. Provide the order number, reason and items you would like to return.

3. Customer Service will email you a free pre-paid UPS return label.

4. Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Ensure that return includes merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials, and affix return label to your return.

5. Drop your return package off at any UPS shipping location.

For orders purchased through guest checkout, you will need to email our customers service team at [email protected] to obtain a free return shipping label, then follow steps 4 and 5 above. Please include your order number in your email.
