Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price.
Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund.
Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
RETURN POLICY
- Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from Vonzipper.com.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
- We will not accept merchandise that’s missing tags, worn, altered, or washed.
- Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
