Warranty Policy

For Canada Residents Only: If you purchased your product outside of the United States, please contact your local distributor listed on the contact page of our website.

VonZipper sunglasses are constructed with the highest quality optical materials. Every VonZipper product is held to stringent quality control procedures to ensure that your VZ's will not let you down. We pride ourselves on the quality and technology that goes into every sunglass. VZ offers a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer's defects on all sunglasses and 6 months on all goggles. It is our pledge that your VonZipper experience is all that it can be.

Our Warranty does not cover (a) common "wear and tear" issues for example, scratched lenses and/or cracked lens, (b) any damage caused by force, neglect or improper use such as dropping or smashing, etc., and (c) unauthorized modifications or repairs, for example, frames with replacement lenses. Please refer to our Eyewear Care and Goggle Care guides for details on how to best care for your VZ products... Chances are that if you're not following the guide, you may have voided your warranty.

Replacement Sunglass Lenses: So you've been shredding too hard and your sunglass lenses have seen better days? Unfortunately we've got some less than exciting news... VonZipper sunglasses and lenses are manufactured together and we do not currently manufacture or sell replacement lenses. It may just be time to throw in the towel and pick up a new pair...

Warrant Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, please follow the steps below. If you have more than one item to submit to warranty, please complete an additional claim for each item.

  1. Complete the Online Warranty Claim Form and print one copy to include in the box with your VonZipper product.
  2. Pack the product in a box to ensure it is not damaged during shipping, do not send in an envelope since it is likely to be crushed. Ship the package using a traceable source (i.e. UPS, FedEx). VonZipper is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping.
  3. Once we have received your product and review your claim, we will contact you via email with a response to your warranty.
